First of all I should say that my school is the best
school in the whole world. I’m home schooled. I take online classes and my moms
supervise. I do much better home schooling than I ever did while I went to
regular schools.
Before I got my laptop I would do my work at the "computer formerly known
as Tarrant’s". Before my other mom got a new job and stopped working from
home this was her computer. Throughout the day you might also hear a lot of
growling either from my mom about work or from me about school. lol
One of the best things about my school is that I wear pajamas! It kind of sucks
because my back to school shopping is really dull. But at the same time I have
lots of cute pajamas now. I usually don’t wake up until ten or eleven and
finish my schoolwork by three at the latest. I watch a lot of daytime
television now. (Gilmore Girls 11, Channel 55, Buffy The Vampire Slayer 1,
channel 23, ect.) And if I’m stuck doing schoolwork when I’d rather be
listening to music, I just pop a cd in my computer.
Some downfalls of home schooling are that I don’t associate with people my age,
at all anymore. I do miss those first days of school. You wake up extra early
to put on the outfit you spent all day the day before perfecting. You do your
hair and make up and put on all your accessories. Then you march to the bus
stop waiting to see all of your friends or meet new ones with you new papers,
pens, erasers, notebooks and backpack. It’s a great feeling and yea sometimes I
miss it but I would much rather be home schooled then have to deal with all the
drama and the cliques. ugh…

lol. I was talking with a coworker the other day about education. I happened to mention that I was very jealous of your curriculum. It’s far more interesting than what I did in school.

Might be more interesting but from the sound of this blog entry, she’s not doing enough if she’s sleeping that late and watching TV all darn day.
I think next week we will step up the pace a bit.
